Reclaiming a generation of young girls

She already has the strength.
We give her the structure.

Helping GIRLS discover purpose and reach their full potential while retaining identity.

Open to girls, coaches, volunteers and partners.

Our mission

We raise responsible girls who thrive in every condition of society—through proven strategies and reasonable proofs—while retaining their identity and reaching their full potential.

What she gains

Five things a girl carries out of this room.

She does not come once and leave. She walks this with coaches and other girls beside her, from her first session to the day she leads one herself.

01

Confidence and self-worth

She learns to recognise her own strengths, quiet the inner critic, and speak to herself the way she would speak to a friend.

02

Proven strategies

Goal-setting, boundaries, handling pressure, communication, decision-making. The practical skills nobody sits her down to teach.

03

Coaches and community

Women who have walked ahead of her, and girls walking beside her. No one should have to navigate any challenge alone.

04

A strong sense of identity

She knows who she is. So when the pressure comes, she will choose from purpose rather than fear.

05

Her full potential

She stops waiting to be chosen. She listens, keeps her word, includes others, and uses what she is good at to serve her community.

Chinonso Nwokah, founder of Responsible Girls Forum

Our founder

“As a mother of five girls — four biological and one adopted — I watched them grow from the cradle through their teenage years and saw the real struggles of identity, confidence, and values.”

Those years birthed my calling to raise girls who are Ready, Equipped, Aware, and Prepared for adulthood through the REAP framework. Every girl who has passed through The Responsible Girls Forum has been transformed by it, and that work is still changing lives. This website exists so more girls — and the mothers and mentors who love them — can receive the same intentional preparation I wanted for my own daughters.
